I am terribly sorry to learn of your bad experience and deeply saddened to know that we did not meet your needs. Hospice does not provide 24 hour in home care- something that should have been explained upon admission. I’m so sorry if you were given the wrong impression or incorrect information. Our care team should have, however, given you resources to in home care providers and helped you facilitate additional care services. We absolutely should have provided gloves in the home and grief support to you and yours. Please contact Laura Bilbrey, Administrator, to share your experience in detail. I realize this is likely difficult to relive, but we wish to address our shortcomings so that no one is left feeling alone and unsupported like you. I am sorry for your loss and for failing to meet your expectations.
