The service is pretty needed, there are things I can't do and that is why they are here. The caregivers are good to have around, I am not bedridden, but it helps to have them here to do jobs for me, and they do a good job. They get groceries for me and everything I want done.

They had a binder with the things that they could do, but they would not see anything unless I asked them to do it. I think that they need to improve their training of the workers. The people are very willing to do what I asked them, but they didn't see what they needed to do. They needed more hands-on training I think.

They took my husband shopping for groceries. You can arrange with them to do whatever it is that you need to be done. They don't have a regular schedule. If you need transportation to an appointment, they can do it.

Home Helpers has cared for my father for five years now. I could not have found a better company. The staff with home helpers exceeds my expectations above and beyond and they are so professional. They should be your first choice if your looking for a kind, caring, compassionate care giver. I have to travel with my job and cannot always be there for my father and I can call them on short notice and they have me covered.
