I have worked with this company for a few years and they have been a solid presence for my family member. Communication with management has been easy and accessible. The people that have come have been nice to work with and very supportive. We had a few issues with invoices not being sent on a regular scheduled basis- not a big deal and employees having a clear understanding of who they contact when calling off, not us. Overall, we appreciate their work and safety net they provide.

I have been dealing with Senior Services Options for Home Care for my sister who lives in Missouri. Gloria has been a pleasure to deal with and understood our families concerns about care for my sister, as most of the family lives out of State and was able to ease our worries. She is responsive and follows up on the caregivers and has provided caring individuals who seem to have a wonderful rapport with my sister.

As care levels have increased with dementia, we found more help was necessary for my aunt. We have had a wonderful experience with Senior Service Options. Everyone from the owner to the caregivers have been respectful, kind, helpful and very attentive to our family needs. We are grateful for their ongoing help.

Company is very easy to work with and really proactive about addressing issues promptly. I have had several care givers but we've got a good match now. She helps with bring in my groceries, cleaning, and laundry. She's also been amazing at helping me with cleaning out the extra junk in my house - even taking my bags of stuff to the thrift store! I am very pleased with their service.

We hired Senior Services Options - Belton, MO for my father. It's been good. There's someone there to take him to his dialysis appointments, doctors' appointments, grocery shopping, helping her prepare meals, and medication reminders. They come daily, he's had three different caregivers, they've been very good, and he's very happy with them.

We got Senior Services Options for my grandmother. Some of the staff weren't really great, but I talked to the owner, and she took care of everything, and we've gotten some very good people in there right now. They come in for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with 6 of them rotating. They help her in cooking, cleaning, and following her when she gets up, in case she falls down. The price is the best I found, and anytime I needed to reschedule, the owner gets somebody in there right away.

I have an aide from Senior Services Options who helps me with bathing and with things I need. I liked the person who came out and talked to me. The lady that runs it is really nice. The caregiver is great. I'm satisfied with them.

We have been using the services of Senior Services Options. So far it's been very good, and both of the caregivers we've had have also been good. They show up on time when they're supposed to and they're nice and pleasant people. They pretty much know what they're doing. We provided additional training that they needed and they completed that. We're fairly pleased with the agency, their responsiveness, and the quality of the girls they sent us. We've had a lot of caregivers in the past. We've had good ones, really bad ones, and some who are in between. I would rate these girls as some of the better ones. They assist in transferring my mother using a lift from her bed to the wheelchair, then back again at night. They also help with toileting, dressing, and they help her through the day because she's in a wheelchair so she has trouble reaching stuff. They also monitor when she needs anything. They're not trained with medication so they don't give her medication. She takes that herself and operates the lift herself with their assistance. If she needs help with a meal, which sometimes she does, they put it in the microwave for her. It's very simple caregiving and there's nothing complicated.
