Senior Helpers of Lake Minnetonka

We've been using Senior Helpers of Lake Minnetonka. We just have in-home care, once a week for four hours. Next week, we will be starting two days a week, four hours a day. The first caregiver that we had was absolutely exceptional. He was a retired orderly. He was very good at communicating and cuing my husband for the needs that he needed to have, when doing a task, like filling the bird feeders, "we're going to do this today." He's currently on a medical leave, so we're in the process of trying to find a match. We've had another caregiver that was here that was not a good match, so we're starting with a new one next week. Billing is very good. They have a portal that the billing is done, and it's for myself. It's just an automatic payment right out of my checking account, so that works very, very easy. You don't really have to do anything. They send you a bill and then two days later, it's taken out of your checking account, and then you receive the billing statement that says paid. Scheduling is very good. Their communication is very, very good with both of the owners of the agency.
