Mom

The say they offer memory care. They don’t. All three of the caregivers that came had no idea what to do with my mom. I had to ask the giver to leave. She was more interested in her phone and writing notes. My mom was walking backwards with her walker and the caregiver sat on couch and said that is unsafe. We have cameras so we know what goes on while we are away. The caregivers were smokers and would come in smelling like smoke. Sometimes they would try and cover it up with spraying them selfs with something. Then they smelt like smoke perfume. We addressed it with the company. The owners are not concerned about their customers. Not compassionate. Always made us feel like are concerns where not important. Sad this happened. Would not recommend them.

It was very good. The caregivers were very nice and flexible. They would work with my mom and help her. They were very helpful, one of the owners came out to the house and met with us and went over everything. It was a really good process.

I would call at the last minute and say I needed them, and 99% of the time they would send someone. The ladies they sent were friendly and very competent. They would fix his lunch and keep him company while I was goneI I highly reccomend them. I now need them for myself and will call them today.

They can help with medications and seemed more qualified for things like lifting. They are more medical than other companies. I recommended it to a friend because he had problems with people even showing up. I told him about this agency because everyone is trustworthy, timely, and personally cared about my mom.

I would use them again if the price was a little cheaper. While I had them, it was helpful that they talked to him about his medical past, his issues, what he likes to do, and what his personality is like. The manager was always there if I had any questions I could call them anytime and they were on top of things.
