Care First Home Care located in Troy Michigan is a very nice home health care agency. The number one thing that always stands out to me about this agency is the staff members. They are very involved in their patients care, have a lot of patience and go above and beyond to offer exceptional care. This home health care agency, like many others, offers a wide range of services including skilled nursing, social work, physical therapy, to name a few. I have yet to meet a staff member who works for Care First who did not impress me. The agency also serves a wide range of areas, going all the way north into St. Clair County. I give the staff a rating of 5/5, I give the time to hear back when calling them a 5/5, I rate level of patient care a 5/5. Overall, I give this agency a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. I would not give many home health care agencies in the area such a high rating, but I do believe that Care First tries to go above and beyond.
