Clawson Manor Co-op Apartments offers affordable senior housing in the heart of a vibrant Metro Detroit community. Our 15-story, 251-unit high-rise offers the enjoyment and freedom that come with affordable apartment living for ages 62+.
Clawson Manor Co-op is wrapping up its' renovation of the building. When a member moves in, they will have a brand new unit! Come on down and take a tour of our common areas and see a model unit of one of our studios! If you would like a tour, call our waitlist department at 800-593-3052. They can set the date and time for you to come and take a look around. They can also send out the paperwork necessary to get things started. Check out the attached flyer above to see the full scope of the renovation.
Residents enjoy the peace and privacy of their apartments while also being able to participate in an array of community activities. Enjoy the use of our library, computer room and community room. Join in on game nights, potlucks and other activities with your new neighbors.

I feel unsafe here There is a drug dealer, high population of drug addicts, felons, violent and mentally ill tenants No security Onsite management and maintenance staff do their best, but CSI owners are completely out of touch with resident needs Heat often doesn’t work in winter Bed bugs
