This is our third time using this home care agency. Obviously, we have been satisfied in the past. As personnel turns over, we find that not all care givers are created equal. Some are excellent. Some do not arrive on time or when they say they will. Others do not provide the level of service that we had come to expect from this agency. If I could rate individual care givers, the final score would be different.
