We had a lady from John Paul Home Care Inc who came to help mom take a shower. She was very thorough and very patient with Mom. There were some hiccups with the scheduling, but there weren't any major challenges with it. I hope they continue to provide professional and efficient service because being a caregiver and providing a service to seniors can be challenging.

The rehab center recommended John Paul Home Health Care to us. Their work ethics has been pretty nice. We used them for six weeks. They were willing to help the patients, and they have a very upbeat attitude. I also like that they show up on time.

John Paul Home Health Care offers an array of supportive services and assistance that is tailored fitted within the individuals Plans of Care that is evaluated and assessed by their RN Nurses. They also offer a variety of hours from short term to long term hours of care for you or your loved ones individual needs. They provide personal care, dressing, grooming, bathing, incontinence care and assistance, vital sign monitoring, safety and security, transportation to medical appointments, light housekeeping and laundry etc. In addition to they also provide a skilled and trained team of Health Care Professionals. Their staff team of professionals is team and task oriented in their job duties and performances. Their management staff is professional and they also provide their clients and their clients families with the utmost respect and dignity also patient confidentiality are applied to each and every last one of their clients with due respect by all staff members. I would most definitely be the first to recommend any and everyone that is seeking outside supportive care services and assistance to John Paul Home Health Care. On a scale from one to five I would support John Paul Home Health Care with a five stars rating.
