My husband is using Worcester Home Care. My experience has been excellent. They couldn't be better. The girls are very thoughtful and very kind. They explain things to him before they start, that they're going to clean him up. They tell him first before they just come in and swoop in there. They're very kind and their voices are soft, so it's not so intrusive for him. The person has been very good. She has been working for him since he started this agency, and she is on top of everything. Everything that I haven't even thought of, she had with her. She made the bed. They arranged for the bed to be here and a table to put things on that he would need. Nobody has been late or had to leave early. They've been told what time to be here and they're here, and they always tell each other before they leave what's happened during their shift, so that they are on top of what's going on.
