Our experience with Griswold Home Care of Harford and Cecil Counties has been satisfactory. They've been providing us with an in-home caregiver. It's the best fit for my parents. The caregiver is very attentive and can cook. They clock in once they get into the home so they can monitor the aides coming and going. The agency provided an initial in-home visit and that's a good step in making sure that the person they put in the home is a good fit. They've been very professional.

I used Griswold Home Care for two weeks. The caretaker was excellent. They did everything I needed done. They're very responsive. It was excellent. I had them four hours and eight hours at times. They transported me to and from the hospital, they picked up the prescription for me, and they prepared meals for me. I thought the price was decent, and the value was good.

We have used Griswold Home Care in the past and if we need them, we'll use them again. We used them for my health care. I have no problem with them and I would recommend them to others. They do what's expected of them. They're very good and very professional.

We chose Griswold by way of the hospital providing some information for us. We also did our own research and checking. Their response time was very excellent. They came out and we sat down and discussed the parameters and expectations. They were very flexible and followed up even after the setup. My mother is pleased with all the caregivers. I'm over there everyday checking her status as well as the caregivers so I am also very familiar with the caregivers on what they're doing and how they are doing. We're very pleased with them. We used them a little bit before and tried them out. We kinda liked them and then now we got a more urgent need and then we brought them in. We would still continue to use them as long as mom needs their service.
