I hired AllCare for personal hygiene and light housekeeping twice a week. They've been terminated for lack of consistency and availability. The setup was quick, which was just within a week. It worked out fine for the first few weeks, then it became unreliable, so I just fired them. I used it for about a month.

They were reliable, and we loved the girl Eunice that worked with our loved one. She was like a friend. She would make meals for him for the weekend so that on the days she wasn't there he would have food. Roger was great! We had a great experience with them.

We have had the pleasure of having AllCare Associates Home Care providers in our home for the past few years. The care they have provided has been exceptional. Not only do they work for our family, they have become a part of it. They are respectful, gentle, caring, and quite capable. Our loved one has Alzheimer's, and the ladies have provided loving care for her - even in some very trying situations. In addition, she is seen by an AllCare nurse who oversees and manages the care given. She also provides extensive, detailed care herself, all the while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Finally, the concern and dedication of the administrative staff has been top notch. They are always willing to listen to our requests, make any necessary adjustments, and continually provide for all of our needs. Our loved one has recently moved into a nursing facility, and the caregivers have followed her there - once again assuring she continues to receive excellent care. We highly recommend AllCare Associates Home Care.

Your caregiver has done an outstanding job in attending to dad's needs and has helped him be able to get out of the house and enjoy things we are unable to do with him because of work schedules. It is so good to see him enjoying life again, not just sitting around the house. Roger and Jon were fantastic to work with and we can't thank you enough!
