Gilchrist Center Howard County provides excellent care. They're always looking after Mom and giving her meds in a timely fashion. They're very, very compassionate and very informative whenever I ask them questions. They got excellent rooms. They're spacious. It's got a nice window and there's a patio next to it. Everything looks good. The bathroom's clean. They got a family room, a room for religious activities, and a refreshment room. I've talked to the social worker a couple of times. She's a very nice lady and she's done a very good job. The nurses, too, of course.

We hired Gilchrist Hospice Care - Howard County for my mother, and I had two private aides with me during the day and the night time. They perform exactly how they're supposed to perform by the book. They're compassionate and they support you at the end-of-life; it's a very difficult emotional situation. They're professional, compassionate, and skilled. We were very satisfied.
