We used HomeWell Care Services - Maine for my parents. They did companion care. The caregiver was excellent and very personable. They were really nice people. They did a good job. They were very caring. We loved every person that came. Billing was done in a manner that was easy to understand, they billed by the hour, and it was always done on time, and we paid them on time. The scheduling was great. Anytime we needed somebody in a hurry, or somebody needed to leave, and they needed to reschedule someone, they were excellent about getting caregivers there.
