"We needed a companion for my mother-in-law, helping her into or out of bed. helping her get ready for bed and into her bed for the night, wheelchair to chair, keeping her O2 on and making sure she stayed safe. My mother-in-law was at an assisted living facility and was needing extra care. It all happened vary fast. We called Right at Home on a Friday morning needing a companion for three 13 hours days, starting the next day. They were able to get coverage. Kristen and Kelsey were great, they helped us very much. All the companions were very professional and really cared about what they were doing. Kept us updated in the evening before they left. I would not hesitate to go with Right at Home again if I ever need someone. Or to recommend them."

"I have used this small agency for in home care for my father during the work day. They are also available all hours of the day. I found them to be very sensitive to his needs. They assigned one primary person so it wasn't confusing for him. They were able to help with all aspects of his care and displayed a high level of understanding with regards to aging and dementia care. They stood out compared to other agencies because their attitude was so caring and positive. "

"We used HomeWell Care Services - Maine for my parents. They did companion care. The caregiver was excellent and very personable. They were really nice people. They did a good job. They were very caring. We loved every person that came. Billing was done in a manner that was easy to understand, they billed by the hour, and it was always done on time, and we paid them on time. The scheduling was great. Anytime we needed somebody in a hurry, or somebody needed to leave, and they needed to reschedule someone, they were excellent about getting caregivers there."

"If all of your caregivers are like Arleen, you have an exceptional team. We could not have asked for a better caregiver. Mom, with her short-term memory loss, still thought she was doing everything for herself and was dead-set against having any help. I don't know how Arleen did it, but she not only managed to do what was needed, she became a companion mom looked forward to seeing and doing things with. Although she is a highly trained professional, I also think of her as a family friend. I am so grateful for the care, companionship and affection she gave my mother. "
