I have been able to return to work because they are taking care of my parents. They could improve on having enough staff so that they don't have to put people on a triple shift.

They take some of the burden off of me. They give my father independence, and they take him places. They are very compassionate, very kind, and always looking for ways to help. They are helping me through this process as well.

They have taken a lot of responsibility off my shoulders and do a really good job. They're very reliable, always on time, and very dependable. The owner is a very good about filling in if something comes up or if someone can't make it. I feel secure because I know someone will always be there. She chooses people that I'll like.

They have made life easier by helping me with different assistance that I need. Home Care Assistance has caregivers who have been really good because they are easy to talk to, and they modify things if needed.
