Very erratic and poor service. Caregiver calls out at least once a week. Yesterday no one called to let us know she was not coming, we had to call to find out what happened, got answering machine and caregiver called back over 3 hours later. Leaves us in a bind. Supposedly my father got approved for 4 more hours, manager told me, but caregiver said no he is wrong that is for her other client. I could go on and on, think twice about using this agency. We didn't have a choice. And do not expect any support from the manager.
