It was not too expensive, and they checked all the boxes. I was not there to see the services, but to the best of my knowledge, it was good.

We liked all the caregivers that were assigned to Mom, and the company itself was easy to work with. They helped the most because she wasn't able to care for herself. So just the fact that she had someone there 24 hours a day.

They need to have more regards for the client and the caregiver. There is a lack of schedule. There needs to be more consistency of care. It was disruptive. I would only have someone in the evening and no one during the day.

The communication has been good as well as the flexibility. My mom's caregiver is a really good fit for her. They have helped my mom maintain her independence at home and give her family members a break.

It has let me go to work during the week and weekends knowing that he is with someone. The other agencies I would have no shows and I don't have that anymore. I have tried 3 agencies. I have found them to have more experienced caregivers.

The people that were caring form him truly care for him and made him comfortable with what and how they said and did things. Anyone that has taken care of my father is amazing. I love them. He got the best service I could have hoped for.
