The caregivers are great at HomeWell we have used services a few different times and each time we were happy with the care provided for our mom. The staff in the office take the time to actually listen to your needs and treat you like you matter. We will continue to use HomeWell and will also recommend them to other family/friends that will need care in the future. They are very responsive anytime my sisters and I have questions A very compassionate team that goes above and beyond to make sure your family member is #1. Thank you HomeWell for providing excellent service.

The care from HomeWell was what we needed to relieve our immense stress. Our father was getting to the point of needing extra help since he was alone. My brother and I just couldn't be there every day with work and our own families. With our dad wanting to stay at home and us not ever wanting to put him in a nursing home because of bad stories we've heard, we needed help and fast. HomeWell staff were the EXACT thing we needed. They were the best. The Care Manager, Natalie, was so helpful and even the owner, Amy, was such a delight to talk to - and very knowledgeable too. The Caregivers were kind and thoughtful and always ready to help. They even thought of activities that we didn't because we were so concerned about his daily things, we didn't even consider the activities aspect. Now my dad's and his caregiver have their daily checkers game! I cannot say enough of great things about HomeWell. So glad Caring.com had them as an option and even happier that we chose them for our dad's care.

I cannot say what a relief it was to find HomeWell Care Services (NWI). I live out of town and my aunt, who lives alone, needed help after a short nursing home stay for rehabilitation. I am able to visit often but due to work, I could not be there as much as I would like. So I knew I had to make another decision. When I called HomeWell, I actually spoke with one of the owners. She was the nicest person and was so helpful. Very knowledgeable. They were able to send someone out to speak to my aunt and myself and were able to start services shortly thereafter. From helping her get up and dressed in the morning, to helping her with meals and tidying her house, doing her laundry, grocery shopping and even monitoring her physically after her rehab stay, it has been fantastic to have HomeWell's help. At first, we were a little nervous about having new people in the home for her care but the caregivers they have sent were kind and respectful. This service was something we should have done long ago for her. We will definitely keep them around. So thankful we found HomeWell!

Homewell Care Services has been fantastic to work with and have provided such excellent care for my elderly parent with daily living assistance like errands, cooking; medication reminders, doctors appointments, and general companion care. Using Homewell's services have given me such peace of mind, and our care provider has been professional, compassionate, and a blessing to our family.
