"We got Home Instead Senior Care - Mount Vernon, WA for my dad. They will come and feed my father, they even shave him if needed, talk, play cards, and keep him occupied. It's a pretty good service. We've been using them for about three to four months now. It was recommended by a friend. The caregiver is excellent, that's the third one we had. The first one was not very good, the second one was very good, but they hook you up with a caregiver that lives very close to where you live. So Tracy lives three miles from where my father lives, and two miles from where I live. She's great. Billing is pretty easy."

"Circle Of Life Caregiver Co-Op helps us by providing patient care. They also help around the house and they do whatever I need. I've had really excellent care; the caregivers that come in are really good. I think the scheduling is sometimes a little confusing, but theyre currently in transition in their office so I think thats reasonable. I have had no problems with them in terms of communication. I have found them extremely helpful from the first time I called them. And as my situation has changed, they easily accommodated me. They've sent me a lot of good people and relieved a lot of stress in my life."

"After discharge from nursing home post- emergency surgery, Eden Home Healthcare nurses came to my home to provide wound and ostomy care. They were exceptional in treating my wound, but I was told widely conflicting statements about how long nursing services would continue. There were many mistakes trying to get my necessary ostomy supplies, but nurses did their best. However, I was told that until I learned how to change ostomy myself (with wrong ostomy supplies for more than 2 weeks!) they would continue working with me past the originally prescribed 2 weeks- which had been extended. NO ONE informed me that was terminated. I still haven't learned to work with the appropriate ostomy supplies which just finally were shipped to me. I intend to file a grievance."

"Sue and her team are real gems! They worked to coordinate with us between home, hospital, and rehabilitation stays. They helped with Dr. appts, and took excellent care of my parents for over a year.
