They were exceptional in treating my wound, but I was told widely conflicting statements about how long nursing services would continue. There were many mistakes trying to get my necessary ostomy supplies, but nurses did their best. However, I was told that until I learned how to change ostomy myself (with wrong ostomy supplies for more than 2 weeks!) they would continue working with me past the originally prescribed 2 weeks- which had been extended. NO ONE informed me that was terminated. I still haven't learned to work with the appropriate ostomy supplies which just finally were shipped to me. I intend to file a grievance."
