The aides have been very good and reliable and when my mom was unhappy with one (personality clash - not a level of care issue) the agency was very responsive in finding and providing a replacement. The agency has also been very responsive to any issues that have arisen with mom’s medical status and they have always been able to ensure coverage when one of the regular aides was unable to work, even on short notice over holidays.
