Since March, 2021, Home Instead has been providing daily care for my mother who has Alzheimer's and my stepfather, who is 89 and needs support in caring for my mom. Nathan is very assessible and responsive whenever needs come up. He even provided last minute coverage when I had to take my stepdad to the hospital. The workers are kindhearted, patient and very attentive to my mother's needs. Alzheimer's makes my mother unpredictable but they handle her with dignity and compassion. I have complete confidence in them and know that my parents are safe and well cared for. This is especially comforting since I live out of state. The caregivers also keep a journal of daily activities, which is very helpful. The only recommendation I have is that somehow they can enter the notes online. I live out of state and can't read the journal until I come to visit. However, this is minor. The most important thing is that my parents are getting quality care.
