This agency is not where I would recommend one to receive care for their family member. Their aides do not like to work, they will argue with you and the person they are there to assist to not work. One aide left pooped clothing in my basement. And God forbid if you choose to not continue with them they may file a false case with DCFS or the Dept of Protective Services for Seniors or both on you. Yes, they did this to me. I got through this issue as the lies were blatant and unfounded to these agencies, but the fact that this provider would do such a thing due to their inability to be a competent agency for the work they are hired to do, or you choose to longer want to work with them is baffling. I suggest NO ONE use this agency unless you are seeking to have people worry more about what your family does in your own home as regular home activities, lie about you in ways that can change your life significantly, or you want to have ineffective home aides to care for your family member or trying to force you to take a time of service they want to give you opposed to what you requested, and all this occurs more than they worry about the person they are there to care for. Trust me it is not worth the time and frustration. Families obtain services like this to relieve them of the stress and free up time that comes with caring for your elderly or disabled family, You will NOT get this sought-out experience from this agency.

We've been using Cure Home Health Care through Medicare. They approved us for five hours five times a week and so far so good. We have one caregiver and mom likes her.
