Completely useless service. Disorganized, bad communication, does not follow a schedule or accomidations for specific illnesses. Lacking in medical knowledge. Just made an already stressful situation worse for both patient and caregivers looking for assistance. Was a nightmare to deal with. Do NOT recommend this service.

We used OSF hospice to care for my wife's mother for her last few weeks with us. They were extremely courteous and polite. They cared for my mother in law the entire time. Whenever there was an emergency situation, they responded immediately to tend to her needs and kept us involved through it all. We are especially grateful to Elizabeth (the hospice nurse) who was assigned to our mother's case. She and ma would talk and share stories and photo's. We strongly recommend using OSF's hospice service's.

We had OSF hospice before. They were very rude, very mean, and nasty. Every time they came to see my mom, they’d ask her what was going to happen to her when she was bedridden and where they will send her body when she died. I wouldn’t recommend them for my worst enemy.
