Nobody's perfect and we had our ups and downs. In general, the caregivers are good. I can't complain anything other than their English. They speak English but only phrases and words. In terms of their job, I am satisfied with them.

I thought of giving LLP Health Care a try and I'm glad it worked out. My experience with them has been positive. The caregivers are very, very reliable. They're well-trained and does a good job. Lumi herself is very responsive when I talk to her. She's always available and solves problems that might come up.

LLP was on Nortwestern hospital list and her information from there. Lumi always provided me with good caregivers.She's always available and never had an occasion where I couldn't reach her. I also have never been without a caregiver when I needed one. The caregivers are just wonderful.

When my husband had a stroke, I called a friend and she highly recommended LLP Health Care to us. When I called them and spoke to Lumi, I was very impressed with her. She came with me initially and talked to people prior to finding the right caregiver. I was very impressed on how professional she was. The main caregiver and the substitutes were all excellent.

LLP Health Care was referred to us by a Northwestern Hospital. They have been excellent. In fact, my client has long term health care and the person who came to evaluate the care told me that they were getting the best care that she's ever seen. I used other caregiving services but LLP is definitely the best. I have not had anybody complain about them.
