We only had the services for less than 2 weeks. There was no negative impact, but we needed some consistency in the caregivers. There was a different caregiver every day. They need to have better caregivers. The caregivers do not do their jobs. The office staff is great, I just really hope they find some quality caregivers and provide them with quality training.

I just saw her and as I was coming in, the caregiver was there, and she whispered to me that she tends to eat food that is expired in her kitchen, and the caregiver says that she won't let her throw it out. I wish that when she takes a nap, that caregiver throws the food out. They need to have better communication and have their caregivers have better autonomy.
