Quick to schedule evaluation for patient. When family does not agree with evaulation, companys response is, patient does not now qualify for hospice. Company stated most hospice patients only get seven days or less of care.

I was in the Home Health field so I had heard very good reviews regarding Journeys but this was different because this was for my own mother. Journeys did not let me down in the most stressful time of my life. Each and every time I called the office, an office staff person answered the phone, not an answering service. Jessica, head nurse and owner of Journeys came out to my mother's house 3 times one day just to reassure our concerns and to provide comfort to our family. When my mother jokingly requested "a last ride in a red hot sports car", the office staff arranged for a car dealership to bring over a "red hot shiny new Corvette" for her to take a 2 hour ride around the valley one last time. It is small things like this along with the caring and kindness that the staff showed our family that make it so that I highly recommend Journeys Hospice

I have a certified family home for seniors. I have on many occasions used Journeys Hospice for residents in my facility. I have always had a positive experience. Their staff is professional and compassionate. They have on many occasions gone above and beyond for the client. I have 16 years experience in Elder care and I also am an advocate for the Elderly. I would use them for my loved ones without a doubt and will continue using them for my residents when the need arises.

This is a really good company! They are all very professional and know what they are doing. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk with. I would recommended them to anyone who is looking into hospice.

Very Disastisfied with Horrific Company

This is the worst provider ever. I received a call from the intake person that my dad "was dying". Thankfully, I had not signed up yet and rushed my dad to hospital to find out he had the flu. He is still alive today a year later - had I listened to the "professionals" he would be dead today.

I had interviewed Journeys Hospice for caring for my father who was dying of cancer. I have never experienced so much love, compassion, tenderness and sincere caregivers. They brought peace to my father when he felt very alone, confused, and desperate. The cares were over and above all of my expectations. Thank You Journeys Hospice team!
