If you are referred to this company, RUN! They have recently been acquired by a company called Compassus. Made up name with made up goals. My father's services were immediately cut by over half when this company took over. All of our primary team members we saw regularly were laid off; the second group we had soon quit due to their dissatisatifaction with the new "management." One of the nurses who just quit told me that over 40% of the staff members were laid off when they were bought, another 50% of the rermaining staff have quit. Now, when an employee gives notice, they make then leave immediately without workout out their notice, for fear they will tell patients why they are leaving. This is a BAD company.

The CNAs at Legacy Hospice were very good, they were very caring. They came to our house for four days to take care of my husband. I would recommend their services to other people.

We have Legacy Hospice for my mother. They're very good. They have two physicians, a nurse practitioner, an RN, and a CNA that come in four times a week. The nurse comes twice a week, and they do provide respite for the family. They gave us six days a couple of weeks ago where they took my mom into a facility. The same people that took care of her here took care of her there at the facility. Their caregivers are very good. They're very caring. Every time I make a phone call, they get right back to me. We needed to send medication right away, and they had it delivered by 6 p.m. So they're very on the ball, very prompt, and considerate. It seems like they're well educated in hospice care. They went beyond my expectation on the assistance that they're giving us.
