We used Ancora Health Services for my mom for about a year. She started with palliative care and then transitioned into hospice care. They have a nurse practitioner for palliative care who comes and does appointments. And then once you transition into hospice care, a nurse comes and visits the home. We started with monthly and then moved into weekly. It just progresses as the patient needs more. They were here for maybe 20 minutes before they could visit.
