This agency provided great care for my mother. I live out of state and they communicated with me at least monthly to let me know how she was doing and if her needs changed. I received copies of her schedule monthly and the caregivers never missed a shift. The agency alerted me when she needed to see her doctor and saw that she got through the crisis. Mother had consistent caregivers she could build a relationship of trust with. My Mother passed away but I am so glad she could stay in her own home until the end.

We hired Care Connection Home Care, and overall their care is not bad, but they are usually in worse shape than I am. I need somebody who can pick me up. They do dishes and vacuuming in the room. They also basically do the shopping for me.

I worked with Care Connection for 4 days. They gave me outstanding caregivers. They did a wonderful job of caring for my mother. They were very polite and very prepared when they came. They brought items and a few supplies with them that I didn't have on site, and they made sure that I had a complete list of supplies that they would need during the process of caring for my mom. I thought they were very professional in their manner and just extremely kind and sympathetic of the situation that was taking place in my mom's home. I thought they were excellent and were extremely well-versed people. My mother passed away last April.
