We are using Qualicare. It's very good, they're very accommodating. When my sister ends up going to the hospital, they always check in on her, even if they can't come in, and they're kind of built like a friendship. She's very happy with the service. The scheduling is good, and the billing is reasonable. They do some light house cleaning. They prepare meals for her. They do palliative care where they clean her and help her change, and just keep her company. The caregiver is very nice, pleasant, and helpful. When I had home health, she was always there to let them in and was paying attention and helping my sister do the little exercises, so she's very good. Their main guy lives near this area and he came to our home and explained everything. He seems to be really, really connected to my sister, and that's pretty much why we chose them, the way that he presented himself.

I used Qualicare for a couple of weeks. They were helping me get my house clean and helping me pack up clothes. My husband passed away over a year ago, and so she helped me get moving. She is still not finished with the job, but it is better than it was. She had seen me a couple of times, and we worked on that project. She was very kind, caring and efficient. They were fine. They did a home visit and they were very thorough. I'm a satisfied client.
