Genesis Around the Clock Care Macon

We have had issues with Genesis Around the Clock Care for two weeks, so we're trying to iron out some conflicts with their caregivers. I have no problems with the two caregivers I have now; however, there was one caregiver who was late and she wasn't familiar with working with dementia patients. The caregivers are doing everything for my father because he's bedbound. The staff at the agency is available at all times. She always responds to me whenever I reach out. However, I think it is overpriced for what they do. I like that the caregivers care about their patients. We had a snowstorm yesterday that started the night before, and the care person for that particular evening did not leave my father. She also came back this morning in the snow. I respect how she cares about my father even though she has only worked with him for two weeks.
