I found this company to be very very good they sent out a well-trained wonderful caregiver took care of all my needs help me with the things I needed to get done was very satisfied

What services does the agency provide? They provide home care: bathing, help to get clients dressed, comb hair and general housekeeping. Does their staff typically arrive on time? In my mother's case, (I can't speak for other people). In the past 3 weeks, they have called at out least 9 or 10 times, so these shifts were not filled and they did not make up the hours lost. When the staff did come to work, they arrived on time. How are your interactions with caregivers? Since I am the client's daughter, I interact with them frequently and show them how things are done. I help them with some of the work when I need to. How responsive has this agency been to your requests? In my mother's case, they have not fulfilled their end of the bargain - I ask them to fill the night position and they have not been able to do so because of various reasons (no staff, cna's frequently call out (this case only). For some reason, they weren't able to handle this case in particular. I would not personally recommend this company based on my own personal experience.

I love this company! I’ve been with two others this is the best thus far. My aide is great and my staffing coordinator is awesome. I’d definitely recommend them. I’ve even met the operations manager and she’s very sweet. I’m here to stay.

I am a client of this company. I have been with other companies, no return calls and no care with them. Courageous this always sending out care givers when I need them and they are always nice, Courageous calls me back. I have even spoken to the owner once or twice when I called them. A very good company.

These people are the worst I have ever dealt with my aunt has been with them about 3 months she is to have 7 day a week care 8 hours a day she has had no weekend help at all and they don't care when we call and tell them no one showed up they say oh we will call you back but never do really I don't know how they stay open they try to send just anyone out who is not certified and does not even know how to change her diaper if you are looking for home health care please for your loved ones sake find someone else

Courageous Home Healthcare is okay. They're the largest provider around Georgia metro area. But they're not the best, so I'm still looking. Originally, when I talked to them before I transitioned out of the nursing home, I did some research and looked them up. But I didn't know when I made the decision that the company changed hands. With the original owner, I was very comfortable talking to him. The new management is also okay. They're like just any other health agency. They practically do everything for me. They help me out of bed, they change me, they put me in the shower, they cook, they clean, I can't complain about that. The aides are nice.
