We had home health caregivers. The person was there each time I needed someone. Even after I changed the schedule at the last minute. Everyone was kind and competent. There were a couple of caregivers I ended up preferring to others. That was mostly because they wanted to help and were willing to do whatever we asked. My favorites were Nyla and Sonja.

so thankful for the support and caring ,Care provided for my mother during the last weeks of her life. To have someone to call was a Godsend and the care and love that was shown to me when she passed on, was so very much appreciated. Azalea was out the day mom passed I much appreciated help, our care manager Kira sent a condolence card from Right at home family. Even since that day they have continued to reach out, just to see how I am. Acts of kindness go a long way in a time of loss.

Lori, is the case worker. She is very compassionate and concerned about her patients. She goes out of her way to make sure the patient is getting the proper care in a timely matter. She makes sure to ask the spouse what else could she do to help the patient. She is wonderful to have as the case worker.

My care giver Mary is the best! She is always on time and very sympathetic to my needs. Mary works hard and is always professional, polite and joyful! The other residence in my facility really like her as well when she goes to the activities and participates with me. I am happy with the customer service that Deedee and the office staff give me. They answer my questions and when I have a situation they help me work it out.

My care giver Lisa is amazing! She is very creative and see's what needs to be done and she does it. I do not have to ask her to do anything. Right at Home and I are lucky to have her. Lisa is a "free spirit" and only wants to make me happy!

My Care Coordinator, DeeDee has been very helpful and caring throughout the past months I have needed assistance. She found 2 wonderful helpers, Wilhemina and Jill, to assist me when I needed procedures and was unable to drive. At times when we need help, it's good to know Right At Home is there. I receive a call a few days before to confirm the name of my care giver and a follow up call the day after to be sure all went well. Wilhemina and Jill both arrived at the requested time and transported me to my procedures. They patiently waited for my completion and got me back home safely. There was pleasant conversation but nothing intrusive. I was allowed to sit quietly if need be or chat away. Felt like I was with a family member. They both walked me to my door to be sure I got inside safely and would have stayed if needed. I will gladly contact them again for my needs.

My experience with the staff at Right at Home has been amazing. My client care provider DeeDee is like family now, as she does her job with caring and compassion. The in home caregivers are extraordinary, and are so patient with my Mom. One of the main challenges continues to be providing the right level of care for parents as they age, which can change from month to month. Right at Home has been invaluable in being flexible and able to respond quickly to those changing needs. I highly recommend the staff at Right at Home, whether you need a few days of help or a dedicate support schedule.

I am here for the winter and use Right At Home while I am here. Our care giver Gina has done a great job and is a good worker. I have been very happy with the office staff that checks in with me and gives me good service.

Right at Home has provided excellent and caring service for my father who has Alzheimer's dementia. Not only have they taken very good care of him, but they were very kind, understanding and accommodating to me, which made such a huge difference when I was coping through a difficult family situation. Highly recommend!!

My caregiver comes out multiple times a week to help with cleaning my house. She is fantastic. I was happy she was matched for me from my very first shift. She comes in and works very hard and scrubs everything clean. She thinks of all the important things that need done and reminds me what I need from the store. I am so lucky to have her. The office ladies are wonderful and work hard for me. They do everything behind the scenes, so I don't have to do the work. They even adjust for appointments.

I feel the caregivers for my husband are very attentive to his needs. My husband is a fall risk and Marisol and Julie do a great job making sure all his needs are met and make sure he is safe from falling.

I'm using Right at Home Wildwood and The Villages. They seem to be doing a good job so far. The aides seem to be very good and very attentive. They provide primary assistance with changing and cleaning up my wife. Their communication is very good. I call their owner whenever I need some information.
