Founded in 1997, The Palace at Home is a Medicare certified home health agency in both Broward & Miami Dade counties. The Palace at Home has served tens of thousands of families throughout the years and has been consistently recognized as one of the Top 100 Home Health Agencies in the United States. Our philosophy is based upon a patient-centered approach. Customer satisfaction is our measure of success. We periodically survey our patients and their families to ensure we maintain and improve our high standards of quality home health care. The Palace at Home utilizes the services of a recognized third party surveying agency (Fazzi & Associates) to ensure high standards of data sampling are implemented.
We are committed to provide nursing and rehabilitation services to meet every patient's schedule and on every family's terms, always taking the necessary time to discuss home care needs and alternatives for recovery. Our objective is to meet the physical and psychological needs of our patients in times of illness, disability or emotional crisis, which may threaten the normal pattern of life.
