I'm using Senior Helpers for my mother. In a nutshell, there was lacking in interaction in the department of companionship. They were personable women in dealing with me, respect for women, all of that was good about them. Primarily the interaction between them and my mother to stimulate her, to comfort her, to help her during the five hours they were here with her, that department was lacking. We were told that we would be billed fortnightly every other week, and that's exactly what happened. No problem there, no problem with the billing. The lady who worked on a Wednesday, she always came on time, at noon when she was supposed to be here. The other lady, she did two days instead of one day. If she has been with my mother for a dozen times now, I would want to say, eight out of those twelve visits, she was between six and ten minutes late. On my side to be accurate, two days I was out and I came back ten minutes late, so I had a conversation with her and the conversation said that, "Hey, look, things happen, delays happen. Life's not perfect. If you are late sometimes, I am late sometimes. I can give you back the time when I am late and you can give me back the time when you are late." We had that conversation and we just left it there. Nothing heavy. From the beginning, they never told me when these women were going to start, who these women were going to be. They gave me zero, nada, nothing on the help coming in. All that took place was that the women just came and knocked on my door just like that and said, "I'm here, I'm the aide." I didn't like that. Also, I didn't like that I was not being told that the help would come in, in the form of more than one person.

Mark was the representative that came to the house. He listened to all the family’s needs. The caregivers that he assigned were absolutely perfect. Momma is the happiest that I have seen her. I highly recommend them as a caregiver. Thank you for bringing happiness back into her life.
