From my very first interaction with one of the owners, Jennifer, five years ago, she has always been professional, compassionate, and attentive to our needs. The caregivers she provided to care for our dad were exceptional—kind, reliable, skilled, and genuinely caring. They treated our dad with dignity and respect, and he considered himself so lucky to have such wonderful care. SensiCare of South Florida gave our family peace of mind knowing our dad was so well cared for. We have used the SensiCare agency since last summer. Our mother was hospitalized with three major illness and required CareGivers when she returned back home. Initially we needed round the clock care and utilized 6 different CareGivers to cover all of the shifts. Now we need only three ladies during the day time hours. Kim and Jennifer have been incredibly accommodating to our family when we needed more hours initially and fewer hours now. Every woman who Kim and Jennifer (from Sensicare) has sent us has been exemplary. They are warm, caring women who are extremely helpful, while respecting at times our mother's desire to still feel autonomous and do things for herself. Presently we are using Marie, Joan and MarieJean for the 7 days of the week. Each one of them has established a close bond with our mother and are really wonderful, skilled, lovely women. I can't say enough positive about your agency. I am a Mental Health Professional myself and I recommend this agency without any reservations.
