The Palace at Home utilizes the services of a recognized third party surveying agency (Fazzi & Associates) to ensure high standards of data sampling are implemented.
We are committed to provide nursing and rehabilitation services to meet every patient's schedule and on every family's terms, always taking the necessary time to discuss home care needs and alternatives for recovery. Our objective is to meet the physical and psychological needs of our patients in times of illness, disability or emotional crisis, which may threaten the normal pattern of life.
