Some months ago, my mother was client of the Agency. We received a very professional services, The nurse, HHA, and therapist were nice during the period of services. The office staff called many times asking for our satisfaction opinion. For us was a pleasure know the agency staffing. We are very grateful for the services provided. The office staff is very unprofessional. They fired my favorite nurse because she voiced her opinions and concerns. When I called to ask why they were treating my nurse with such disregard, they yelled at me too. Only reason why I’m still with this company is because of Covid-19. I wouldn’t recommend these people , not even if it was the last agency in town.

Staff is unprofessional. Before they take your case they promise you the world and once they have the case they do not follow through with their promises. They punish the nurses when the verbalize their opinion and concerns. If you have an issue and want to speak to the owner she will NOT bother calling you.
