They are always professional and pay attention when I am talking. They help me get in and out of bed, manage things in the kitchen, do the laundry, and other basic household things

We used Right at Home - South Palm Beach for Grandma. They did everything from bathing, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and taking her to the doctor's office. They did everything. The caregivers were very professional and caring. They went beyond. They did everything really easy. They used the secondary long-term insurance and they took care of all the billing. Once it was set up, it was just auto withdrawal so that made it very convenient. Once it was all scheduled, everything worked out perfectly. They were always coming to me with any questions or problems.

My daughter picked out this health service, and they're really stepping up being great with meals and daily help. The care is excellent. They're always reliable, which is extremely important.

I'm a newcomer to Right at Home, and I have to say, everything has been working out exceptionally well for me. I'm particularly fond of my caregiver; their support has been invaluable. What also stood out to me was the efficiency and friendliness of the office staff. When it came time to sign the contract, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of assistance I received. Despite not being very tech-savvy, the office staff patiently guided me through the process, going over each page to ensure I understood everything. Their willingness to take the time and make it easy for me truly made a positive impression. It's reassuring to be in the hands of a team that not only provides excellent care but also goes the extra mile to make administrative aspects accessible, especially for someone like me.

I've tried out several companies in the past, but most of the caregivers they sent didn't speak much English and were always glued to their phones. Frustrated, I found Right at Home online and explained my situation. They assured me that I would have a caregiver who could assist with all my needs and speak English. Fast forward over three months with Right at Home, and I must say, my caregiver is wonderful. She helps me with everything, engages in great conversations—it's like having a friend assist me. Thank you, Right at Home, for providing me with this fantastic caregiver. Finally, I'm happy with my care.

Their aides' are quality is top-notch. I'm always amazed by how responsive they are. Whenever I leave a message, I can count on a call back within just 30 minutes. They're quick to address any issues I might have. Their attentiveness is truly impressive; they provide valuable information, ensure everyone's on the same page, and promptly update me about any changes.
