Caregiver Training and Care Supervision

Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

I want to leave a positive review for right at home because of Jacqueline or Jackie my caregiver. She's awesome and just a sweet person in general. One of the best aide that was sent to us, and I am very grateful with the work she's done. We've been with them for almost a year now and I strongly recommend Jackie!!!

I like that I only have 12 hours a week so I can pick and choose what I want. The caregivers help by making sure the client doesn't fall. The caregivers help with keeping the client company. I like that the office staff always gets back to me when they say they will. I am actually going to use them (Right at Home) in New Jersey. I trust the agency because they're on the premises. If there's a problem, I know where to go so they're not likely to cause any problems.

The caregivers make sure to ask me if there's anything else I need before they leave. I do need help, and they are there to help me with those needs. They get my bed made, they get the laundry done, and put everything away.

I am delighted to share our positive experience with Right at Home. My dad has been under their care for over a year now, and we couldn't be happier with the service provided by our caregiver. Recently, we were approved for more hours from the VA, and the additional support we received was immediate. This was especially crucial for us as I underwent surgery myself and am currently unable to assist my dad. Having reliable caregivers during challenging times, such as post-surgery recovery, is invaluable. The prompt and efficient assistance we received when we needed it the most speaks volumes about the quality of service from Right at Home.
