A nurse from BayCare HomeCare came to my house every Friday. The doctors were the ones who got in touch with them and they called me to ask when they would come over. She helped me set up the Sitz bath for my operation, and arranged my medications to ensure that I had all of it right. I would really recommend this agency to others who looked for the same services.

Total confusion from day one. Nurses didn't show, or call, gave dangerous advice, weren't listening to my symptoms, and a hostile nurse accused me of canceling appointments when in fact I had never spoken with her. Another visiting nurse complained about management and other clients to me. Worst service I have ever used! They need to get their act together.
