I need a housekeeper as well as a caregiver, but my caregiver is a better caregiver than housekeeper. I have sometimes gone a week without getting showered because they aren't able to come as often as I need. I'm pretty satisfied overall though. They are pretty good, but they have a hard time finding enough people to work with them. I think they don't have enough staff because they don't pay too well. Everything is going fine now though.

The continuity, having it the same day every week and having someone I can count on is good. There are different things. Most of the help is fantastic, I just had a problem with the management. It seemed like I had a different person every time.
