I did not feel comfortable with this provider because my husband went into a crisis situation with his health and although I had a nurse and CNAs I have to make the decision and recommendation on taking him to the hospital. In my estimation my nurse should have assess the situation and made a recommendation or suggested that I take my husband to the hospital. None of this was done. I have prior medical experience and I came to the conclusion it was time for him to get medical attention at a higher level. My husband has diabetes and his legs were in crisis with wounds and severe water loss and the nurse at no time recommended a higher level of care. I told the nurse that I was taking my husband to the hospital emergency room. Subsequently he ended up having minor surgery on his Legs and a month stay in the hospital.
