I have been using them for over a year, I have gone from a wheelchair to being able to use a walker so the care has been different throughout. When I first got out I couldn't provide for myself at all so it was imperative. Now, I can provide for myself but they make my life easier by providing laundry services. The caregivers that have assisted him have had a positive impact on his life. The most helpful part has been that it gives me a break and I am able to take care of other things and go back to work. They could be better with scheduling. They don't have enough people to find someone for the weekends.

There are needs that I have for the physical part of my health and things that I can't do. I have to depend on them to come and help me, but they aren't providing the care. They need to do better with their staff and CNAs. They need to come on time and pay attention. They shouldn't just do whatever they want to do.
