The care providers do things that they want to do in their own way, it is not always what I advise them to do. I am not seeing any benefit. They send a new person every time and I have to show them what to do and what not to do each time they send a new person. I have to spend a lot of my time doing this so it has not been much help. They also do not provide people at my preferred times.

They are here to help me, and they don't impact my life at all. They can only do four hours in one day once a week, so that is not much help. Most of the work is in the morning, so I need them here for just one hour in the morning. I think that the person we have taking care of us is fine, but the company itself is more interested in money than satisfying the clients.
