Our grandfather had a brain injury and is now bedridden. We had a caregiver during the weekdays, but needed another one during the weekends to assist him with feeding, g-tube, hoyer lift, transferring to/from hospital bed and other personal care issues. HH connected us someone in Glendale same-day (like within hours). They we're attentive, experienced, answered the phone quickly and were very proactive about everything, love these guys. A+++
