We are using FirstLight Home Care Santa Clarita. I talked to two or three of them, and Ernesto came out to the house, and we discussed their program and how it worked. It wasn't the cheapest. It wasn't the most expensive. They were kind of in the middle, but all the people they sent us have been wonderful. They try to keep the same person with you, which is nice because my wife develops a rapport with the caregivers that come. They've had to from time to time change our caregiver, but it's always been somebody who worked up very well and we've been very happy with them. Ernesto and Patricia are very, very nice people, and they run the business well. Something happened one time, and our caregiver was in a car accident. Patricia came out for my wife because she didn't want to leave her without a caregiver. She called first and said, "You know, your regular caregiver was in a car accident. She can't come today, is it alright if I come instead?" Oh the owner of the company is coming out to be our caregiver, so. When they hire people, they know what they're doing because they know what they want them to do, because they do it too. My wife has mobility issues, so a lot of times they'll help her back and forth to the bathroom or do some light chores. Sometimes a lady will make her bed. They're very kind. Usually if somebody is coming to the house, they arrange it through me, and always make sure everybody knows. They come two days a week when I'm not here. They're just wonderful people, and we could always have a hold of them.
