Do not use this company. It is heartless and they simply do not know what they are doing. One nurse especially has a God complex. She actually took my mom out of hospice based on two months of review shortly after a doctor deemed her as qualified for hospice. This has left my family devasted. She has knocked on deaths door several times but is not dying fast enough for Gentive and Susan the nurse. My mom weighs 80 pounds and is on constant oxygen. She has been bed-ridden for a year. But this new nurse has deemed her as not dying???? So now we will have to experrience my moms death without the supervision of a health care provider. She was too busy. Shame on her and Gentiva/Kindred for a lack of professionalism and supervision. Do not place your loved ones in their care.....
