We’ve used Carebuilders many times in the last few months caring for my mother, who needs somebody with her 24/7. We previously used another caregiver company but were disappointed with their front office. The other company would not confirm dates, made errors in their records on when we needed help and simply announced one day the scheduled caregiver had canceled – a few hours before the scheduled time. They had not tried to get a replacement, failed to do so when we requested one, and never followed up to try to make amends. Three months later they e-mailed me asking why they hadn’t heard from us in a while. Caregivers is NOT like that. The caregivers have been good to outstanding. All have done a great job with my mother. The caregivers were good at the other business, but Carebuilders’ care givers have been consistently higher-quality. Everyone has been punctual, professional, and caring. What has really impressed me is that Bryan R., the Executive Director, really gets customer service. He made sure we had coverage when it was critical, and he's outstanding at communicating with us. Carebuilders at Home – East Bay has been a source of relief for us, not another source of stress. We trust them, will continue to use them, and recommend them to others.

The service that CareBuilders at Home - East Bay provides is good and timely. The caregivers are personable and professional. One of the main reasons I chose them was because they had a two-hour minimum which helped me quite a bit. Their personal connection with my mother is very good, and their attitude is great. The most important thing is they have a connection with her and she feels comfortable. They help Mom with bathing, dressing, light cooking, and medication reminder.

We have been extremely happy with the service provided by Bryan and Christine. They are very professional and have gone over and above expectations in finding a new care giver for my mom. The onboarding process was relatively simple and we were up and running in a very short period of time. You can tell when people are involved in something that they care about - something that is more than just a paycheck - you get that with Bryan and the CB@H team!
